Creating 3D Text

Tutorial on how to create a realistic 3D typography was split into four videos for ease of learning.

The first video covers the steps of creating, positioning, and shaping a basic 3D text object.

In the second video, you will learn how to give the 3D text a realistic look. Applying materials and working with light options to make the 3D typography surface look genuine.
The third video focuses on reflection masks and the bump map settings to give the 3D text a rusty or worn out surface.

Finally, we come to the Depth Gradient video lesson. The effect is intended to apply a gradient or solid color to 3D text sides. Depth Gradient can be used to emphasize the transition from the lit up to shadowed parts of the 3D text.

Tip: Add several basic gradient colors, to create rainbow 3D typography graphics.
